We take care of the ongoing maintenance of your website - from backups and monitoring to content updates and support when something goes wrong. What’s included depends on the plan you choose.
With the Essential plan, you can collect your small content changes and send them to us in one request each month. This can include updates to text, images, prices or other existing content.
New pages, features and larger design changes aren’t included in ongoing maintenance. If you need something beyond your plan, we’ll discuss it with you and provide a separate quote.
We’ll investigate the issue and fix it as part of your ongoing maintenance.
With the Essential plan, we’ll respond within two business days. Custom plans can include priority support based on your website’s needs.
If your website doesn’t need frequent changes, Essential covers the core maintenance. If you need more regular updates or faster support, we’ll create a custom plan around your needs.
